It is will great sadness that we have decided to cancel our charity Santa Ride for this year. We have spent a lot of time working on reorganising our plans to make the event as covid safe as we could however, with the increasing numbers of covid infections in the area of the route and the restrictions on numbers meeting, we now feel that the risk to both entrants and marshals is too severe and the appropriate course of action is to cancel.
All of the proceeds from the Santa Ride were due to go to the House of Bread charity in Stafford and we are devasted that we will not be able to generate these funds this year. They need cash now, more than ever, as they carry on their work in these very difficult times. We therefore ask that, instead of taking part in the event this year you make a donation to House of Bread anyway?
