As explained elsewhere, we do not offer refunds to riders however it is possible transfer your entry to another route or event in the year, up to one week of the event date.
- Log in to your account or click on the link sent to you in your original booking confirmation email.
- Find the booking that you which to transfer and click Ticket Options button next to the ticket.
- Click on Transfer Ticket.
- Change the drop down entries to the relevant event and route that you would like to transfer to on the first drop down menu.
- Then click Save.
You can only transfer to a event and/or route that cost the same or less than your original booking amount. We apologise for any inconvenience.
