What are Instalment Plans?


Some events may have the option to pay in instalments. This will require you to pay a deposit, followed by equal monthly instalments. These are taken automatically on the same day of the month as the original purchase, and will be charged to the same card.

There is a small additional fee for processing each instalment of 1% + 50p (subject to change). You may be able to reduce the number of instalments, increasing the amount paid each time (and therefore reducing the amount in fees).

The maximum number of instalments allowed is three, however, the final instalment will be taken, at the very latest, 30 days prior to the event.

If, for whatever reason, a payment is not able to be made, both you and the race organiser will be made aware.

If the entry is not paid for in full, before the event, your entry will be withdrawn and you will not be allowed to take part in the event.

Any payments made will not be returned and will be donated to the organiser’s chosen charity.

Note: If there are any charity donations in your basket, these will be paid up front and not split over instalments.
